JY-M Heavy Oil Hydrogenation Demetalization Catalyst
JY-M catalyst is a heavy oil hydrogenation demetallization catalyst . As a supporting catalyst in the fixed bed heavy oil hydrotreating technology, it has large pore volume, large pore size and weak acidity, which can remove metal impurities in the hydrogenation feedstock, prevent the increase of the reactor bed pressure drop and protect the downstream.The main catalyst played a good role and its performance was better than that of similar imported agents.
JY-M1 catalyst mainly removes metal impurities and takes into account partial desulfurization function, good stability, strong metal capacity, up to 90% of its own weight.
JY-M2 and JY-M3 catalysts have high demetallization and desulfurization activities, and have good metal capacity, up to 80% of their own weight.
